Beyond Adobe maintains adobe production yards in Camp Verde, Arizona and Deming, Boise state broncos. Pressed adobes provide significant increases in strength, in compression and modulus of rupture, providing for quicker plus more efficient installation due to their uniformity of shape and size. The hydraulic force increases soil density, which raises the bricks' thermal mass ratings. Pressed adobes can be created in all seasons due to the reduced moisture content.

Hand made, or puddled, adobe bricks begin whenever a simple mixture of earth and water is mixed to some near mud consistency. The mix is then laid in forms on the ground to mold the mud to the desired brick shape and size. The shape is lifted off of the adobe when the mud dries enough to maintain the adobes shape minus the form. After a couple of days associated with, the bricks are placed on edge to dry.
